Picture at bottom of article.
In 2005 work began to build Higginslands tallest building, 1 Higginsland Square, more commonly known as Canary Wharf. The building will have office space, an underground shopping centre, apartments, resturants, gyms, bars and more, Canary Wharfs ground floor will also be open to the public, then residents or workers can travel to their offices or apartments by lift. If the building is completed it will be Higginslands tallest building at the 6th tallest in the continent. However CWC (Canary Whard Contractors have ran out of money to build the skyscraper. CWB (Canary Wharf Buisness) are desperatly trying to get enough money together to complete the project by 2009. This is worrying as this building is only one of many planned to be in Higginsland Square. CWB say that they just want to get this first building completed then they can concentrate on getting the money together for the remainding buildings. When enough money is collected pictures will be avaliable of Canary Wharf being constructed. At night the triangular square at the top of the building will be illuminated and an aircraft warning light will sit on top on the building will flash 40 times a minutes and 57,600 times a day.
